Return Policy and Shipping


When purchasing THE ASHER HOUSE  retail products via this website,  you accept our terms of purchase, which means you agree to and understand the refund policy set forth below.

THE ASHER HOUSE will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on www.theasherhouse.com

THE ASHER HOUSE will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store or from another third-party website. 

Please contact us if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than happy to speak with you about your dissatisfaction.

After speaking with us, if you still desire to return your unopened product and it is within 30 days of receiving it, please see below.

No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.

 

The Return Process:

 1) Email us as soon as possible to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 30-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number so we can keep an eye out for it.

3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can examine it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

Shipping in the USA and International

We appreciate you supporting The Asher House. Please give our warehouse 5-7 business days after your order is placed to process and ship your products. We proudly operate our fulfillment facilities Monday through Friday and offer First Class and Priority mail shipping via USPS on all orders traveling within the continental United States and Internationally.

Regular shipping rates apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, US Territories, APO, FPO.

 

The Asher House can’t assume liability for inclement weather, operational failure in service providers, or misplaced/stolen packages. We are committed to doing our best to make sure your package gets to you in a timely manner and locating your products so that you and your furry family are satisfied. Tracking Your Order

When we’ve packaged and shipped your order we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package until it is successfully delivered. Please reach out if you notice any delays or have any questions!

Damaged Items

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Entered At Checkout

Don’t forget to double check those details! For The Asher House fulfillment center to process your order quickly and efficiently, it’s super important that you provide complete and accurate shipping information. If you think you entered incomplete or incorrect shipping information during the ordering process, please contact us ASAP at: sonia@theasherhouse.com

* Asher House can’t assume liability for packages that are lost due to incorrect shipping information. We rely on our team to provide the shipping address best suited for delivery of our amazing products. If the shipping carrier’s tracking number confirms that an order has been delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be unable to re-ship your order.
