Emails are used to communicate order statuses only. We will never send you emails other than order updates. If you have subscribed to our monthly newsletter, you will receive that by email.

If you have not received your package within 14 days (US) or 40 days (international) please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in replacing your order.

International orders generally arrive within 10-21 business days after shipping. During peak seasons, there are generally delays. International packages are considered delayed if they have not been received within 40 days. 

Special note for international orders:
All shipping rates are based on weight of the item as well as destination zip code. Import duties, taxes, charges, and/or Value-Added Taxes (VAT) (customs fees) are not included in the item price or shipping cost of your order. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and must be paid upon delivery. Fees will vary, depending on the destination country. Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

General delivery times in the U.S. are 3-10 business days after the ship date. This is an estimated delivery time, not a guaranteed delivery.  US packages are considered delayed if they have not been received within 14 days.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once you receive that tracking number, your package is ready for carrier pick-up.  Tracking will begin once the carrier makes the initial scan. It can take up to 48 hours to appear in the tracking system.

If you need to cancel your order or change your order, please email us at
merch@theasherhouse.com right away. We will do our best to accommodate your change. Once an order is fulfilled, we will no longer be able to make any changes. Once an order is shipped, we have no way of recalling the order or changing the delivery address.

Orders generally ship within 7 business days.  During the holidays there may be unexpected delays. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, except for holidays. The Asher House observes all US federal holidays. Notifications and tracking information for each shipment will be sent via email.

The basic size chart is in each product description. The best way to find your size is to measure your favorite t-shirt. Please check product measurements.  
Width: Measured across the garment one inch below the armholes.
Length: Measured from neck trim down to the bottom of the garment.
